Communications and Dispatch

This Department manages our fleet of Service Trucks.

Dispatch co-ordinates incoming road service calls, schedules preventative maintenance programs at customer's locations and schedules follow up work on equipment not readily available.

They keep our customers advised of job progress, arrange for the necessary parts to be delivered to the job site and ensure that all paperwork approvals, P.O. numbers, etc., are completed according to each customer's requirements.
