Our staff work closely with the customer to coordinate service calls, keep the customer informed, follow up on outstanding problems, discuss repair alternatives and plan both shop and field work to suit the customer's schedules. Several of our Service staff are, in fact, licensed mechanics who have been promoted from service trucks or the shop floor.

Consulting and Mechanical Services

Our many years of experience in the industry, modifying and repairing all types of equipment, has provided us with extensive knowledge about equipment wear and failure. BTSI has helped many customers with new equipment specifications to ensure that their units are properly and cost effectively designed to meet their operational needs.

We are also experienced in equipment evaluations for customers who are purchasing existing fleets. Mechanical condition, repairs required and approximate costs are provided for each unit.
